1. About House of Brows
House of Brows provides Permanent Make Up, Laser Removal, Beauty Treatments and professional training through House of Brows Academy.
Information presented on this website is provided for general information purposes and is intended to help visitors understand our treatments, courses, products and services.

3. Treatments and Treatment Information
Descriptions of treatments published on this website are intended to provide general information about the treatments available at House of Brows.
The actual treatment provided, its suitability, price and availability may depend on an individual assessment and the current treatment menu.
Before certain treatments, clients may be required to complete consultation, medical or consent documentation and provide relevant information about their health, medication, allergies, previous treatments and other circumstances.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to their treatment.
4. Individual Assessment and Treatment Eligibility
House of Brows may decline to provide a treatment where the practitioner considers that the treatment is not suitable or should not proceed based on the information provided, the condition of the treated area or the circumstances identified during assessment.
Where a treatment cannot proceed for eligibility or safety reasons, the applicable deposit and refund arrangements will depend on the circumstances and the relevant Booking Policies.
For Permanent Make Up treatments, clients are required to approve the proposed shape before pigmentation begins and to provide consent for the procedure.
5. Booking Appointments
Appointments may be arranged through several channels, including telephone, WhatsApp, social media, in person and the external booking system used by House of Brows.
Where an appointment is arranged outside the online booking system, House of Brows may manually enter the appointment into its booking system.
Specific booking, cancellation, deposit and rescheduling rules are set out in our separate Booking Policies.
6. External Booking Platform
Some links on this website direct customers to an external booking platform used by House of Brows for appointment and course information and bookings.
The external platform may display its own booking confirmations, notices and terms or conditions. Customers should review any terms presented to them by the external platform before completing a booking.
Where there is a difference between information displayed on this website and the current information displayed through the House of Brows booking system, including prices and availability, the current information provided at the time of booking will apply, subject to applicable consumer rights.
7. Courses and House of Brows Academy
House of Brows Academy provides professional training courses for Permanent Make Up and Laser Removal.
Course-specific information, including availability, course content, prerequisites, duration and price, may vary between courses.
The separate Booking Policies contain the booking and cancellation rules applicable to courses.
Some courses may have entry requirements. In particular, advanced or Masterclass training may require previous relevant training or experience.
Certificates are issued following successful completion of the relevant course.

Unless otherwise stated, the text, graphics, photographs, branding, logos and other materials published on this website are owned by or used with permission by House of Brows.

9. Before & After Photography
Before-and-after photographs may be taken for treatment documentation.
Publication of client photographs for marketing purposes is subject to a separate consent provided by the client and is not automatically granted by agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.
The PMU consultation and consent documentation used by House of Brows provides separate options for consenting or declining marketing use of photographs.
10. Website Availability
House of Brows aims to keep the website available and up to date but does not guarantee that the website or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
House of Brows may update, amend, suspend or remove website content or functionality when reasonably required.
11. Shop
Products sold through the House of Brows online shop are sold directly by House of Brows.
The separate Shop Policies apply to purchases made through the online shop.
