BOOKING POLICIES

Last updated: 15.09.2026.

These Booking Policies apply to appointments for treatments and to courses booked with House of Brows.

House of Brows appointments may be arranged by telephone, WhatsApp, social media, in person or through the external booking system used by House of Brows.

1. Making a Booking

Appointments can be booked through:

  • telephone;

  • WhatsApp;

  • social media;

  • in person; or

  • the online booking system used by House of Brows.

Appointments arranged through telephone, WhatsApp, social media or in person may be manually entered into the booking system by House of Brows.

When you make a booking, you agree to the applicable booking conditions and deposit requirements.

2. Treatment Deposits

A deposit is required to secure a treatment appointment.

Current treatment deposits are:

  • Permanent Make Up: €50

  • Lip Filler: €50

  • Other treatments: €20

The deposit forms part of the total price of the treatment.

The remaining balance is payable in accordance with the payment arrangements provided at the time of booking or before the treatment.

3. Cancellation Policy

House of Brows requires at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel a treatment appointment.

Where a treatment appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit may be transferred in accordance with the rescheduling policy below.

If a treatment appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

In the event of a no-show, the deposit will also be forfeited.

A new deposit will be required before a new appointment can be booked following a no-show.

4. Rescheduling Treatment Appointments

Treatment appointments may be rescheduled without loss of the deposit where at least 48 hours' notice is provided.

A treatment appointment may be rescheduled up to two times without loss of the deposit.

Further changes may be possible subject to payment of a new deposit.

[CONFIRM DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT OF A NEW DEPOSIT FOLLOWING A FURTHER RESCHEDULE]

Where less than 48 hours' notice is provided, the deposit may be forfeited.

5. No-Show

If you do not attend your appointment without cancelling or rescheduling within the required notice period, your deposit will be forfeited.

If you wish to make a new booking following a no-show, a new deposit will be required.

[CONFIRM WHETHER A SEPARATE NO-SHOW FEE WILL APPLY IN ADDITION TO THE NEW DEPOSIT]

6. Late Arrivals

Clients are asked to arrive on time for their appointment.

A delay of up to 15 minutes may be accepted where the treatment can still be performed safely and within the allocated appointment time.

Where a late arrival prevents the treatment from being completed, the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

A new deposit will be required if the client wishes to make a new appointment.

[CONFIRM WHETHER ANY ADDITIONAL LATE-ARRIVAL FEE WILL APPLY]

House of Brows may not be able to extend an appointment where doing so would affect another client's appointment or the safe delivery of the treatment.

7. Treatment Eligibility

Before treatment, clients may be required to complete a consultation, medical and consent form.

Clients must provide accurate and complete information relevant to their treatment, including information about medications, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding, previous Permanent Make Up or tattoo procedures, skin conditions and other relevant circumstances.

The PMU consultation documentation used by House of Brows specifically asks clients about medications, allergies, previous PMU/tattoo procedures, skin-thinning treatments and relevant medical conditions.

House of Brows may decline to perform a treatment if the practitioner considers that it is not appropriate or safe to proceed.

Where a treatment cannot proceed for eligibility reasons, the deposit arrangements will depend on the circumstances.

8. Previous Treatments by Another Provider

Where a client has previously received Permanent Make Up or another relevant cosmetic treatment from another provider, an assessment may be required before treatment.

For Permanent Make Up corrections, House of Brows may accept existing work where it is considered suitable for correction and compatible with the House of Brows aesthetic.

House of Brows reserves the right to decline a correction where the existing work is not considered suitable.

9. Permanent Make Up

Before Permanent Make Up pigmentation begins, the proposed shape is designed and presented to the client for approval.

The client must provide consent before the procedure begins.

Permanent Make Up results vary between individuals and are affected by factors including skin characteristics, lifestyle, aftercare and the individual healing process.

The PMU consent documentation confirms that results are not guaranteed and that additional maintenance may be required.

10. PMU Touch-Ups

A PMU touch-up is a separate paid service and is not included in the initial treatment price.

A touch-up is generally scheduled approximately 4–8 weeks after the initial procedure, subject to the condition and healing of the treated area.

The PMU consent documentation also identifies a typical touch-up period of approximately 4–6 weeks and states that the touch-up is charged separately.

[CONFIRM WHETHER THE WEBSITE SHOULD STATE 4–8 WEEKS OR THE 4–6 WEEK PERIOD CURRENTLY USED IN THE CONSENT FORM]

11. Laser Removal

Laser Removal appointments require an assessment of the area before treatment.

The number of treatments required varies between individuals and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Complete removal of pigment cannot be guaranteed.

Treatment may be postponed or cancelled where the condition of the skin or other circumstances mean that treatment should not proceed, including circumstances such as recent tanning or active cold sores.

Where a treatment cannot proceed because the client does not meet the treatment requirements on the day of the appointment, the treatment deposit will be forfeited.

12. Beauty and Aesthetic Treatments

Some Beauty and Aesthetic Treatments may require consultation or assessment before treatment.

Where previous treatment has been performed by another provider, House of Brows may require photographs or an in-person consultation before proceeding.

For Lip Filler, a consultation or photographic assessment may be required where previous filler treatment has been carried out elsewhere.

House of Brows may decline to provide a treatment where it considers the treatment unsuitable.

13. Aftercare

Clients receive relevant aftercare instructions following treatment.

Clients are expected to follow the aftercare instructions provided by House of Brows.

For Permanent Make Up, aftercare instructions include keeping the treated area dry during the initial healing period, avoiding cosmetics directly on the treated area for the specified period, avoiding excessive moisture and protecting the area from direct sunlight.

If a client experiences a concern following treatment, House of Brows offers an assessment of the issue.

Any concern should be reported within two weeks where possible.

14. Treatment Results

Individual treatment results vary.

Factors such as skin characteristics, previous treatments, healing, aftercare and individual response can affect the final result.

No specific result or duration can be guaranteed.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights the client may have under applicable Irish law.

The remaining course balance must be paid before the course begins.

Full payment is required before participation in the course.

16. Course Cancellation and Rescheduling

A course date may be rescheduled up to two times, provided the request is made at least one week before the scheduled course date.

If the participant does not attend the course, the deposit will be forfeited.

[CONFIRM WHETHER A NEW DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AFTER A NO-SHOW BEFORE A NEW COURSE DATE CAN BE BOOKED]

17. Transfer of Course Booking

A course place may be transferred to another person, subject to House of Brows approval and any course-specific requirements.

The replacement participant must meet any applicable course prerequisites.

18. Course Requirements

Some courses are suitable for beginners, while others require previous training or experience.

Masterclass courses may require completion of an appropriate foundation course before attendance.

Specific course requirements are provided with the relevant course information.

19. Course Certificates

Participants receive a certificate following successful completion of the relevant course.

The certificate is issued after the participant has completed the course.

20. Starter Kits and Equipment

Where a starter kit is included with a particular course, the kit becomes the property of the participant following completion/payment of the applicable course.

Participants are not generally required to provide their own equipment or materials unless specifically stated for the relevant course.

21. Models

Where practical training includes work on models, House of Brows provides the models required for the training.

A course may need to be rescheduled if an appropriate model is unavailable.

22. Training Materials

Training materials provided by House of Brows are for the participant's personal educational use.

Training materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or shared with third parties without prior written permission from House of Brows.

23. Cancellation by House of Brows

If House of Brows needs to cancel a course, the participant may be offered:

  • a new course date; or

  • a refund of the course deposit.

The participant will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

[CONFIRM WHETHER THE SAME PRINCIPLE SHOULD APPLY TO TREATMENT APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED BY HOUSE OF BROWS]
